ATTORNEY / LAWYER / ASSOCIATE
Corporate - Securities - Capital Markets - Mergers and Acquisitions Our client is currently seeking an associate attorney for their Dallas office. The position is for a corporate associate and candidates should have between three and five years of experience. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials as well as a solid employment history with major firms.  This opportunity offers:

Qualified candidates will meet all of the following requirements:

• 3-5 years of securities, capital markets, or M&A experience

• Prior major law firm experience
