Corporate - Capital Markets - Mergers and Acquisitions Our client is currently seeking an associate attorney for their SanFrancisco office. They are looking for highly motivated third to fifthyear candidates for their corporate transactional practice. In additionto general corporate experience, candidates should have familiaritywith public companies, securities, and mergers andacquisitions. In addition to the law requirements, candidates shouldhave a strong academic background including exemplary writing skills,stellar communication abilities, and the ability to interactaffectively with the firm's clientele. Qualified candidates will meet all of the following requirements:

• 3-5 years of corporate, securities, capital markets, or M&A experience
