ATTORNEY / LAWYER / ASSOCIATE
Corporate - Capital Markets - Mergers and Acquisitions Our client is currently seeking an associate attorney for their NewYork office. The position is for a Capital Markets associate, andcandidates should have between two and five years of experience. Theideal candidate will be either a third or fourth year attorney withinternational experience. Candidates should have outstanding academiccredentials as well as a solid history of employment with major firms. This opportunity offers:

• 2-5 years of general corporate, capital markets, or M&A experience
